InVision Cloud V7 + Craft—Maintain scroll position will not work on mobile

Hi!

My team and I have been using InVision Cloud V7 and Craft for about three or four months now without much issue. However, recently (perhaps the past month/month and a half), the maintain scroll position function for the mobile preview has stopped working. When I program interactions from one screen to another, maintain scroll position is checked, yet when I actually click on the interaction, it brings me to the top of the new screen.

I have tried programming interactions both in Sketch + Craft as well as in Cloud V7; neither work. Again, this has only been an issue when previewing screens on a mobile device in a desktop browser. I currently use Google Chrome, but I have had this same issue with Safari as well.

I'm working on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015), running Mojave 10.14.6.

Thanks!

+1 Same problem here.

As well as extra white space appearing below my artboards, vertical AND horizontal scrollbars appearing and hotspots moving from where they are in Sketch.

All this has started during summer.

Hey Tommy and Andreas,

Sorry for the troubles you've both faced with the Maintain scroll position function and scrollbars.

I’m going to be opening a ticket for each of you so our Support team can troubleshoot with you internally. Please keep an eye out for an email from one of our Support agents soon.

I apologize for any frustration and disruption that this issue is causing you!
