Desktop Fixed Footer Broken

When setting a fixed footer on desktop, InVision seems to cut off/hide the bottom of the screen that’s just above the footer, to instead be behind the footer.

Is anyone else encountering this bug? I have tried creating a new project as well but still same issue. The desktop fixed header works fine and both mobile fixed header and footer work fine as well.

See below, fixed footer in build mode; when scrolling to the bottom this should display as below with space above the footer:

 

However in preview, when scrolling to the bottom it is instead cut off / hid behind the footer:

Thanks for taking the time to reach out here in Community about this and provide the details you have above. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this issue with your fixed footer. So I can take a closer look into this for you, could you please provide me with the answers to the below questions: 

  1. Are you seeing this issue with any other prototypes? 
  2. Do you have a hotspot linked near or on the fixed footer?

Once we have those details, I’ll be in a better position to troubleshoot this for you.

Hi Shaina,

 

1. Yes, I am seeing this issue in all (both) desktop prototypes including the brand new one I created.

2. No, currently there is no hotspot linked in the new prototype. There was a hotspot on the first desktop prototype. Both have this issue.
