Craft prototype is working fine on Sketch Craft preview, but the updated prototype hotspot is not reflected on InVision after being prompted with 'sync is complete' message. Its still showing the previous version of hotspot.
My attempt was :
1. reinstall sketch
2. reinstall craft manager
3. update Mac OC into latest version
And the issue still not resolved.

Thanks for replying. To answer the questions, here are the answers:
1. When tried to sync a different file, the prototype hotspot is working
2. There is no error messages displayed

0.05 : showing the updated hotspot (5 in total)
0.50 : update prototype
1.09 : updated prototype on InVision (only 3 hotspot)
To add more information on the files, the file size is 533.6mb, which sometimes taking long time in saving and syncing.
Thanks for providing all of that information and that super helpful screencast! Before passing this along to our Support team so they can test directly with your file, can you please let us know if this problem persists if you choose to sync "All artboards on page"?

Hi Shaina,
As we are having 3 types of screen designs(desktop, mobile, ipad) together in the same sketch file, we usually manually select art board and sync to different folder respectively.
For this I've tried to sync "All artboards on page" to a new InVision folder, and the hotspot seems working fine.
Glad to hear that is working in the interim, Ariel! To get to the root of the issue with this particular hotspot though, I would like for our Support team to take a closer look at this for you. They will be able to test directly with your file.

To update with the solution, I publish all art boards to InVision, and proceed to delete rest of the unrelated responsive screen from there.
