Why my old paid invision account not showing in new look with the Spaces feature?

Hi Everyone,

I have a paid invision account since last year and it always show me the interface like below:

However, last night i just created a free invision account, and it shows me a new look with the long awaited "SPACES" feature which asking for long time, so i can group my projects into client folder, like below:

Anyone know how can i turn my existing account into the new inferface with the "SPACES" feature?

Hi George!

Thanks for reaching out, and for your interest in V7.While we are currently rolling out Cloud V7 in stages, we want to ensure we get the transition right before we start converting V6 accounts. The V7 version is currently in the final testing phases before we can start switching more of our existing users across. Currently, a portion of new signups are being directed to the V7 platform.

While we have no ETA to share just yet in relation to when we will be able to convert your current account, rest assured that our team are working very hard to start providing access to more of our users soon. You can also keep an eye out for any updates by checking out our release notes and announcements here: InVision News

I will open a ticket on your behalf to track your interest in the release of V7. Please keep an eye out for an email indicating that we’ve formally tracked your feedback.

Hi Camille,

Thanks for let me know the status, hope your team can roll out all existing account from V6 to V7 soon.

Btw, i found the annual fee for V7 is much lower then the V6, but we've already paid for the old account until October this year, it seems not quite fair for the old customer and without using the new features at the first place.

Hi George,

To be clear the V7 pricing modal is based on a fixed price per month per active user when paying annually. After taking a closer look at your account, it looks like you have many Team members. Even if only half of these Team members were “active members” you would actually be paying more on V7.

So, rest assured that you're on the right plan for you team at this time! If you're having any doubts or have additional questions about your account, I'm happy to connect you with one of our Support agents.
