New DSM and migrating?

I've been presented with the new 'open new plugin' and it is asking me to create a new DSM. I've already got two. Do I need to reconfigure and duplicate my DSMs, re--upload everything and then delete my old two? Sorry not clear what I need to do.

Thanks.

Hi Stuart,

Currently it's not possible to convert DSM Legacy libraries to New DSM. If you’re still using legacy DSM, this article will clear some things up and help you decide whether to upgrade now or wait until a more robust automation workflow is available.

In case it's useful, you can find some further information on New DSM in these articles:

Please let me know if you have any additional questions after reviewing these articles. Hope this helps!

Best,

Shaina

Thanks for the info.

It would be very useful if this info was in the Craft plugin. The learn more link goes to https://www.invisionapp.com/design-system-manager/ which doesn't mention any of what you say ^^.

That is great feedback, Stuart! I'm going to share this with our Documentation and Product teams because I agree this would be very helpful for other users running into the same confusion with the New DSM.

Let me know if there's anything else I can help out with.

Have an awesome day!
