Cannot download Invision Studio from webpage

When I go to the webpage in order to download Invision Studio, I found this when I try to download the app.

Any recommendation in order to download the app?

Hi Roberto,

Sorry to see that you're running into issues with downloading Studio. To get a better idea of what's going on here, can you please provide the following information?:

  1. The URL you're attempting to download Studio from.
  2. Your operating system details.
  3. Your browser details which you can find here.
  4. Can you please try clearing cache and cookies from your browser to see if this helps? For help doing that, please see Clearing your Browser's Cache and Cookies for more detail.

Hello Roberto,

So sorry you're having this issue. I believe you're trying to download from a windows laptop.

Here is what you can do:

  1. Try restarting you computer and try downloading again.
  2. Try downloading in incognito mode
  3. Use another browser, this may help.
  4. Try clearing browser cache
  5. Download Studio from this https://www.invisionapp.com/studio and you should be good to go.
