Hotspots don't upload into Invision

Hi! I'm having serious issues with craft lately.

First I can't upload a complete sketch file into Invision because craft show me an error and it just upload empty screens. So I have to upload screens in groups of 15 at a time, making the process really slow.

Second, I made some changes to the screens and the hotspots remain the same. But once I check it on Invision the screen has no hotspots at all.

Until now I have been creating a new prototype every time to try to avoid the issue, because once I update it for a second or third time, it goes broken. I should be able to just update the same project.

Hi Ana,

Oh no! So sorry to hear that you've been running into so many issues with Craft lately. To get a better idea of what might be causing these issues, can you please provide the following information?:

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview or other OS details.
  2. The version of Craft Manager that you're running.
  3. The version of Sketch that you're using.
  4. When did you notice these issues starting to happen?
  5. Have you experienced this issue only while on your company's internet connection, or have you experienced it on other connections as well, such as your home or other outside connections?
  6. Do you have any proxy, firewall, VPN, or other network security in place at your company? 
    I ask because these things can sometimes block Craft from reaching our services. In this case, your IT/security team may need to whitelist Craft to allow its service connections. We have a Help Center article on whitelisting, in case it’s helpful.

Mac version 10.15.4, MacOS Catalina (I know there is a new update, I'm pending on doing it)

Craft version v1.0.96 (193) I just uninstalled it and download it again. The problem is still there.

Sketch version 66.1

The issues started happening during the current project I'm doing. It has over 300 screens and I thought that could be the issue. But I shared the file with a peer and she can upload it without issues, so it is not the file. Once I did edits, I uploaded a second version on the same prototype and then only the screens is updated, not the hotspots. When the project was small (max 30 screens) all was good but once it went bigger, the issue happened.

I have the issue regardless of which internet connection I'm using. I tried different connections and with/without VPN, all the same.
