Windows 10 Photoshop sync plugin issue - unable to sign in - loading prototypes spinner displays

I am unable to sign in - the sign in screen does not display, and screen remains Loading prototypes.  Craft V2.0.88

Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling however the issue remains.

Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.1.3 20200508.r.190 2020/05/08: 73760933ad5 x64
Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit

Thanks for taking the time to reach out here in Community and for opening a ticket with our Support team. It looks like our Support team has reviewed the problem that you are seeing with the 'Loading Prototypes' spinner being displayed when trying to use Craft Sync within Photoshop. This is an issue that our engineering team is currently investigating as we are seeing the same here with a fresh installation of Craft and Photoshop. As your Support agent mentioned, while our team is looking in to this, we have a workaround that will allow you to login and so use Craft Sync from Photoshop, the steps are detailed here:

1. Open the 'Freehand' plugin from the 'Windows'->'Extensions' menu of Photoshop 
2. Select the option to add to or create a new Freehand. 
3. Once the Freehand plugin opens, select the gear icon: 

4. Log out using the menu from the gear icon option and then log in again 
5. You should now be able to load the Sync plugin and be able to view a list of prototypes and create new ones.
