Unable to select account

I have succesfuly logged into my craft plugin (windows 10, photoshop CC)

I tried to create a new prototype and but unable to compete the action.

Bcause "Select account" drop down is not working. 

 

Anybody can help to solve the issue.

Hi Hardik,

Sorry to see that you're running into issues with getting logged into Craft Sync on your Windows 10 machine. As a first troubleshooting step, I'd like for you to complete a basic uninstall/reinstall of the plugin. 

To uninstall an app in Windows 10:

  1. Open the Start menu.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click System on the Settings menu.
  4. Select Apps & features from the left pane. ...
  5. Select an app you wish to uninstall.
  6. Click the Uninstall button that appears.
  7. Reinstall Craft. 

If your troubles continue, I'd like to take a closer look at the trouble you’re having. To get started, there are a few questions we have for you:

  1. What version of the Craft Sync plugin are you running?
  2. What version of Photoshop are you using?
  3. Were you able to sign in successfully before? If so, when did you notice this issue starting to happen?

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview or other OS details.
  2. The version of Craft Sync that you're running.
  3. A screencast or screenshot(s) displaying the issues that you're seeing.
  4. Your mobile device and iOS version details.
  5. Have you attempted the troubleshooting steps mentioned above?
