Sketch Craft prototype not working on Invision

I have a page in Sketch (65.1) and when I sync to Invision via Craft (1.0.85 (185)) the prototype hotspots don't work. Well one does and even If I duplicate the artboard and publish, different ones work but not all.

Hi there,

I'm really sorry to hear you're experiencing these troubles with your hotspots. To get a better idea why this is happening, could you provide the following information:

  1. I noticed that you're on an outdated version of Craft Manager. Can you please try updating to the latest version of Craft Manager and trying resyncing?
  2. Were these hotspots syncing correctly previously? If so, when did you notice the issue?
  3. Could you provide a screenshot showing the hotspots in Sketch?

Once I have these details, we will be better suited to diagnose this issue.

Look forward to hearing from you,

Shaina

Hi,

I've updated to Sketch 66 and Craft is saying that I am all up to date 1.0.95 (185), sorry, my mistake from before. I've uploaded to screenshots, one showing the hotspots in Sketch and then one in Invision. In Invision, links are all over the place which doesn't make much sense.

Thank you so much for providing those requested details! Craft issues can often be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. So, as a first step in troubleshooting, I'd like for you to give that a try using the instructions below.

To uninstall Craft:
1. Click the Craft Manager icon in the macOS menu bar.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
3. Click Preferences.
4. Click Uninstall to uninstall the plugins.

The plugins should now be uninstalled. To reinstall:
1. Click the Craft Manager icon again in the macOS menu bar.
2. Select the Tools tab at the top of the window.
3. Click Install.

If you continue to experience issues after reinstalling, please let me know and I'll get a ticket opened on your behalf so that our Support team can troubleshoot with your file directly.

Thanks,

Shaina
