Public Sharing - Not able to see view all screens option in the latest update

I'm not able to see view all screens option in a public share link after the new update, when we have lot of screens it's very difficult to navigate between the different flows. All of our clients are used to navigating between the different flows through view all screens option its little frustrating since we can not do it now. 

If we have 250 screen and if your viewing a public link, only way we can navigate to 200th screen from 1st screen is by going through a complete flow or by clicking right/left arrow 200 times. Which is frustrating. 

Is there any plan to bring back the view all screens functionality anytime soon?

Hi Girish,

Just to make sure we're on he same page - are you referring to the screen grid view option in the share links that's currently available in the Cloud V6 version? 



At the moment, it's not yet possible to access the screen greed view in the public share links in the new InVision Cloud V7. However, this is most certainly on our radar as a future request. I will open a ticket on your behalf to let the Product Team know that you’re interested in this functionality so they can factor that into their product strategy. In the meantime, you can either use hotspots or keyboard arrows to navigate between screens as you have mentioned. We know this is not an ideal solution and apologize for any disruption that this is causing in you and your team's workflow.

I second this request. It was very helpful when presenting to stakeholders to be able to quickly, visually navigate all of the screens on a public share link. I don't really understand why this functionality was removed in the first place. For what it's worth, I also preferred the clean, white public share interface better. Now it is dark and has the distracting white buttons at the bottom right and left of the interface.

I am also agree with Girish,

To navigate all screens previous version option was user friendly, if some one is going through screen by screen and certain time they want navigate to specific screen then we used the right side corner bottom button, so it would be better to bring back that feature again.

I'm amazed that such a vital navigational element has been left out. Navigating large projects is now a nightmare.....in fact it's unusable. We have some projects with 30-40 screens and sharing them them via public link is no longer a valid option. We have to export them to some sort of cloud file system so at least the user can pick a particular screen to view. 

Please get this back in as a matter of urgency.....

Thanks for reaching out on this thread. I understand how frustrating it is to wait for a potential feature to be released. The Product and Engineering teams are aware of the use case for this, but we prioritize issues based on their scope and impact. For that reason, we don’t have an immediate fix available. However, this is an issue that I will be raising in the soonest Product meetings.

Yes. this was a serious mistake to remove.

My clients are very frustrated... which makes your customers look bad.

Hope you can get this feature back in soon.
