I've downloaded the ._Material Design UI Kit.studio from the website but I can't open it.
No error but when I try to open it nothing happens.
Did you know how to fix it?

I've already done those steps (and even uninstall and reinstall invision) but still the same issues. (the App store is even more annoying)
Unfortunately I can't access another PC/Mac for now.

Before passing this over to our Support team to troubleshoot more in depth with you, can you send over a screenshot of what you are seeing when opening the app store? Is it a "something went wrong" error or something else?
