Unable to export artboards as PNG with a custom font



I am using Jost font as a custom font style for the text in InVision Studio. It is installed in my Mac and am able to use it inside Studio. But when I export the artboard as PNG, the font does not get exported. It takes some default font style. Please guide me.

Hi Raghav,

Oh no! Sorry to hear that  you've ran into this issue. 

I'm curious if this happens when you try and export other fonts as well. Can you please try exporting a different font and let us know the results? 

Also, can you please provide the following information?:

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview.
  2. The version of Studio that you're running. You can find this by going to InVision Studio > About InVision Studio. 

Once we have those details, we should have a better idea why this is happening to you.

I faced the same issue. Exporting a piece of text with custom fonts previously added to the project, ignore the fonts.

I'm also having this exact same problem, but with Hebrew fonts. Please help!
