Hotspots only working for public share

We've just noticed that if we share a screen directly from the project home page (by grabbing the generated share link), on going to the share URL, no hotspots are present. If we share the same screen by actually going into the screen, then Share, then create a public share link, then if you go to that share URL, the hotspots are present and working.

This seems like a bug?

Hi Matt,

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your hotspots not working properly when sharing individual screens. If you're able to do so publicly can you please provide some (or all) of the following information?:

  1. A screencast displaying what you've described above 
  2. Example share links of each instance you mentioned above 
  3. How were these prototypes and hotspots originally created?
  4. Just to confirm, are you talking about a non-Studio prototype?
  5. Are you using any hotspot templates?
