Feature request: Scroll as interaction trigger

Are there any plans to use scrolling as a trigger for interactions?

For example, imagine a page on which scrolling fades one image out and another image in. This would require a scroll trigger to transition from artboard to another.

I tried working around this by using invisible full-width rectangles and mouse-in/mouse-out triggers, but it was too inconsistent in behavior to work.

This is a very useful feature. I've used it bunch of times in Figma in my previous company. But now, with InVision + Sketch I can't trigger any interaction with scroll (not in craft, studio, or cloud). My case is to bring in a sticky bar for a comparison table in the middle of the page when user scrolls and passes the main header of that table.

Thanks
