Can't log in

Hi 

I can't get in to Invision Studio anymore. I was working in it. Now, when I try get back in with my password (which I've since reset), I get this message:

'You do not appear to be a member of the "projects" team domain.
Please check that you belong to this domain and try again.'

The only option available there is to 'sign in to Invision', which does the exact same thing. As I said, I've even reset my password. I've even clicked on 'know your team domain?' under email address in the usual log in screen, and tried to entering  projects.invisionapp.com, as it sends me this as my team name when I click that I forgot it. Still doesn't let me in. 

Driving me insane. Please help!

So sorry to hear that you're having issues with signing into Studio after resetting your password. I noticed that you also opened ticket with our Support team about this and a Support agent has followed up with you.

Since there's already an agent actively working with you, I would like for them to keep working with you. I have notified your Support agent of your post here in Community, and will continue to follow your ticket.

Thanks so much for reaching out today both in Community and by opening a ticket with our Support team! I have left a note for your Support agent to inform them of your comment here. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble signing into Studio, but I'll be happy to help with troubleshooting this.

With an InVision Cloud V6 Free plan, you shouldn't need to enter a team domain to sign into Studio, but rather just your email and password.

To get a better idea of what's happening on your end, I'd like to gather some more information. 

  1. Could you please send through some screenshots or a screen recording showing the steps you're taking to sign in and the issue occurring, especially of the error message you've described?
  2. Are you able to sign in successfully if you connect to an alternate network (no VPN, firewalls, proxies, etc.), if available?
  3. Which version of Studio are you running?
  4. Which OS are you running?
    -  If on Mac, could you please send a screenshot of your "About This Mac" panel
    -  If on Windows, could you please send some screenshots of both the “Device specifications” and the “Windows specifications” sections on the “About” page?

I have a similar note since today. Yesterday it worked fine, but now i cannot log in to projects.invisionapp.com with getting:

You arenʼt a member of any team
Itʼs your time to shine: create one of your own

Hi Daniel,

So sorry for the troubles this has caused. I'm guessing you ran into the issues reported here where you were unable to log into your InVision Cloud V6 account unable to sync your projects using Craft Sync.

I'm happy to report that our Engineering team has confirmed that this is now resolved. Can you please try logging in again and syncing your prototypes? Please don’t hesitate to let us know if you’re still seeing any issues.

Hello! I also need help logging in - I am able to login to a free account, but my company has a corporate account that I can't get into (RingCentral) and my IT told me to come here for help - not sure what to do. Can you help? Thank you!!

To get a better idea of what's happening on your end, I'd like to gather some more information.

After reset password I can choose company or private space and both leads me to private space without projects...
When I clicked new invitation to team I have message

You'll need to add yourself to view it.

With non clicable Join button. Can You check it?

I am having same login issue. I login successfully but when I click on my personal account, I am thrown back to the login screen. When I try to login again using the same credentials, it says you have tried too many failed login attempts. when I set new password via forgot password option and try again-  the same process is repeated. This is extremely frustrated. I have already opened a support ticket. We would really appreciate a prompt resolution of this issue. Regards Anupam

Good day, I can log in to Invision and create wireframes with Windows pc no problem. 

However, I am unable to log in to Invision Studio. States either an incorrect password/email. 

I select the 'GET STARTED' option for the Invision Studio, takes me to a webpage where my credentials are 'remembered'. 

Password is correct. Logged out and in. 

The .exe doesn't seem to accept correct credentials. 

Windows 11. 64 bit.
