Sync Not Working in Photoshop

I just installed Sync for Photoshop. I can login successfully to the Sync extension but none of my prototypes show up. In the settings my domain shows as "undefined.invisionapp.com" which I assume should show my custom domain. I have logged in and out and restarted photoshop multiple times.

Hi Nick,

So sorry to hear that you are running into this issue! We would like to take a closer look into what is happening here, could I have you send over the following information?

  1. What version of Photoshop are you using?
  2. Are you using a Windows machine or Mac?
  3. Can you send over a screencast/screenshot of what is happening?
  4. If you uninstall the Craft plugin and then reinstall, does this continue?
  5. If you do a computer restart, does this issue continue?

Once we have those details, I’ll be in a better position to troubleshoot this for you.

Hi Nick,

Thanks for taking the time to provide those details and screenshots.

To clarify, are you able to click "Logout" as shown in your screenshot, and then click "Sign Into InVision", enter your email and password, and sign in again? If so, are you still experiencing this issue after doing so? It sounds like maybe you've already done so, but I'd like you to attempt this once more.

If you're still experiencing issues after going through the above process, I would like to gather some additional information about this problem:

  1. Have you been able to sign ing to Craft in the past? If so, when did this issue start occurring?
  2. Have you tried the Enterprise Sign in option found at the bottom of the Email/Password submission modal?

Hi Shaina, I have logged in and out of the Craft app and Sync app multiple times and between restarts of the app with no change. I just downloaded the app this weekend and created my account then, I have not been able to successfully login to the Sync part of the app at all.

I just tried the enterprise login and using my domain name which has worked, even though I don't have an enterprise account. I've been able to sync my items successfully! Obviously this should work from the standard login, but good to go for now.

Wonderful! We're so glad to hear that the Enterprise sign-in option in Craft worked for you, and that you're now able to sync your designs. Thank you for letting us know!

I think I understand what the issue was. Since you have an InVision V7 account, you automatically have your own team domain. Though clicking Know your team domain? in Craft allows people to sign into their Enterprise InVision accounts, it also allows people to sign into their V7 accounts. My apologies for any confusion this may have caused!

Moving forward, you shouldn't have any trouble signing into Craft if you do so through your team domain.
