Hi Valerie,

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with getting Craft Sync to work. Can you describe what's happening when you try to sync? And to determine what might be causing this issue, can you also please provide some additional details?:

  1. A screenshot of you "About this Mac" overview.
  2. The version of Sketch that you're using.
  3. The version of Craft Manager that you're running.
  4. Are you receiving any error messages? If so, can you please provide a screenshot of the error message(s) you're seeing?

Look forward to hearing back soon,

Shaina

Hi Shaina, I am having issues syncing Sketch to Invision using Craft as well.

1) Sketch Version Version 64 (93537)

2) Craft Manager V. 1.0.94 (183) - it says craft is up to date

3) It says server error in the craft plugin - attached is a screenshot of the plugin and my about this mac

Thanks for following up with those details, Sarah! Since you're on the most up-to-date versions of everything, I'd like to try something else. Craft issues can often be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, so I'd like for you to give that a try using the instructions below.

To uninstall Craft:
1. Click the Craft Manager icon in the macOS menu bar.
2. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
3. Click Preferences.
4. Click Uninstall to uninstall the plugins.

The plugins should now be uninstalled. To reinstall:
1. Click the Craft Manager icon again in the macOS menu bar.
2. Select the Tools tab at the top of the window.
3. Click Install.

If you continue to experience issues after reinstalling, let me know and I’ll be glad to walk you through some next steps!

Thanks,

Shaina

Hey, i have the same situation, here go the screenshots of the systems versions:

Is there anyway to solve this, it is really frustrating, i have to use Studio (really complicated and slow) just to get any prototype to the cloud.

Hi Sofia,

Thank you for your message, I'm very sorry about the trouble with this error! Thanks for providing all of the details that you have above.

First, could you please sign out of Craft Manager and then sign back in? The steps to sign out from Craft (and sign back in) are:

  1. Open Craft on top left of the modal click the cogwheel and > Sign Out
  2. Click Sign In
  3. Below the Email Address field, click Know your team domain.
  4. In the Team Domain field, enter your team's unique domain
  5. Enter your email address and password, and click Sign In.

Once you are back into Craft, please try to sync your file again. If you still see this "serverError" message after signing out and back in, please let me know.

Look forward to hearing from you,

Shaina
