Transfer Project

Hi, I want to transfer my prototype to another account and followed these Steps, and it seems pretty straight forward:

The recieving person got the mail, and accepted ownership. My expectation is, that the project then shows up in the receivers projects tab. But nothing happens on both sides. 

Any ideas?

Hi Marc,

Thanks for reaching out! Can you please ask the person you transferred the prototype to login into their account in an incognito/private mode window? If that doesn't help, let us know. We can certainly get a ticket open to look into this in more detail.

Hi Monica, thanks for the quick reply. No changes with a private window. The receiving person page is still empty. What is expected to happen? Will the project/prototype show up in the receivers account? And will it delete in the account who transferred it?

Hi Marc,

Thanks so much for testing that out and following up with us. Sorry to hear that things still aren't working properly. To address your follow-up questions, the project will show up in the recipient’s account as soon as they have accepted the email then it will disappear from his account.

Since you're still having issues, I would like to bring this issue to our Support team so they can gather more information internally. I will open a ticket on your behalf including the details you've provided here. Please keep an eye on your email inbox for a message from one of our agents soon.
