Hi Keay,

Sorry to see that you're running into this publishing issue with your Studio prototype. It looks like one of our Support agents is currently working with you on this issue.

To be clear, are you experiencing this issue with publishing a Studio or non-Studio file? Additionally, is this happening with all files or one in particular? I will be sure to share any information gathered here with your Support agent.

Look forward to hearing from you,

Shaina

What was the cause and solution to this issue? I'm having the same problem.

Hi Erik,

I'm terribly sorry to hear that you too are experiencing trouble. We'd actually need to investigate the trouble you're having in order to determine where the issue lies. As such, the results from the initial report may differ from yours. With that in mind, could you please let us know if the issue is occurring with 1 particular file or multiple?

If you are able to do so, can you please let me know if copying+pasting the artboards from the affected Studio file to a new Studio file, then attempting to publish from the new Studio file works to resolve the issue you're having?

If that doesn't work, could I have you please try signing out of your InVision account within Studio, then signing back in?

Thanks and looking forward to your reply,

Rashad

Hi Rory,

Sorry to hear that you're also running into these issues. As Rashad mentioned above, we will need to gather some more information in order to determine exactly what's causing this issue on your end. Can you please provide the following information?:

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview.
  2. The version of Studio that you're running.
  3. Is this issue occurring with 1 particular file or multiple?
  4. Does copying+pasting the artboards from the affected Studio file to a new Studio file, then attempting to publish from the new Studio file works to resolve the issue you're having?
  5. Have you attempted to sign out and back into Studio?

Look forward to hearing back,

Shaina

Hi there, I'm having the same problem...

Sending my

1. Screenshot of "About this Mac" overview

2. Version of Studio I'm running

3. It occurred with multiple files

4. It didn't work even after copying pasting it to a new Audio file, then attempting to publish it

5. I attempted to sign out and back into Studio, but still didn't work.

Thanks for helping!!

I've found that signing out and back into the account within Studio helps to fix the problem.

Hi Vroni,

Thanks for letting us know about this, and I'm sorry to hear that none of these methods cleared up this issue for you! I'm going to go ahead and create a ticket on your behalf so that our support team can continue troubleshooting with you. Someone will be in touch as soon as they can!

Thanks,
Michael

Hi Eric,

Thanks for letting us know that logging out and back in fixed this for you! This definitely shouldn't be a recurring issue, so please let us know if the issue continues, and we'd be happy to take a closer look into what might be going on.

Thanks,
Michael
