Unable to publish, update or Live Freehand

Unable to publish, update or Live Freehand in Invision Studio on Mac Catalina

Invision: Version 1.26.1 Built January 9, 2020 5:56 PM EST

Mac Pro:

 

Please help. I have been trying for 2 weeks by restarting computer, restarting app, logging out & in but nothing resolves the issue.

Hey Peter,

Really sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Studio file! Could you please share some screenshots or a video recording demonstrating what happens when trying to publish your file or collaborate in Freehand? Also, could you please confirm if the issue persists in a brand new test file as well or is it file-specific?

Hi Peter,

Thanks for getting back in touch with these details! When you have a chance, can you please try logging out of Studio and log back in to see if you're able to publish after doing so?

Regarding the login issue, can you share with me where you received this URL? Are you able to login successfully using your credentials via login.invisionapp.com?

1. Yes, I have tried logging out and logging in multiple times. Results are the same

2. Inside Studio, under Profile Photo, Manage Account, it will redirect to the website login page.
I am able to login at login.invisionapp.com.
