If you would like to delete or close your account, please email us at [email protected] with a formal request to delete your account. Please note that an account deletion request must come from the email address associated with the InVision account; otherwise, InVision Support will not be permitted to fulfill the deletion request. Please also make sure that no one is CC'd in the email.
Once an account is deleted, any files within that account will be lost, and we'll be unable to restore them.
