Inability to log into Craft with Okta

Hi, 

I recently updated to the latest version of Craft for Sketch and it will not let me log into my team domain. I think it has something to do with Okta interfering with it, because while it is loading the okta sign in screen keeps flashing. As a result I am unable to sync any of my prototypes.

Hi Christina,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm terribly sorry to hear you ran into this snag when trying to sign into Craft with Okta. 

I’m opening a ticket on your behalf with our Support team so they can troubleshoot with you internally. Please keep an eye out for an email from one of our Support agents soon.

In the meantime, can you please try connecting to a different network, then trying to sign into Craft?

Sorry to hear that this is also proving to be an issue for you. To help us get a better idea of what could be causing this, can you please provide the following details?:

  1. Could you provide a screenshot or screencast showing Okta's behavior when trying to sign into Craft?
  2. Do you know if you are running behind a VPN at all?
  3. Are others in your organization having these troubles?
  4. What version of Craft are you running?
  5. What version of Sketch are you using?
  6. Can you please provide a screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview?
