Hello Biris,

It seems the issue you're having has something to do with permission. If this is a collaborative project, ensure that you have the right permission to publish prototype.

If you have the right permission, ensure you're on the latest version of Invision Studio and that you have a strong internet connection. If after trying the suggested fix you're still running into issues, don't hesitate to leave a reply.

I hope this helps,

Regards.

Thanks for working with our Support team on this, Bris! It looks like you were able to find a solution to the problem due to the limited space you had with the Free version of InVision.

If there's anything else we can help out with, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Have a great day,

Shaina

Hi Manuel,

Sorry to see that you're running into issues with uploading your Studio prototype. Thanks for providing a screenshot of the error message that you're seeing. To get a better idea of what might be causing this, can you please provide the following information?:

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview.
  2. The version of Studio that you're running.

Additionally, we've seen a similar error happen when trying to publish when a user is at their document limit (which is 3 for the Free account) though the wording of the error is different. If you're on a Free accoutn, would it be possible for you to delete one your projects, then sign out of Studio, close and reopen Studio, sign in, and try to publish again?

Alternatively, you can also upgrade to a free trial of Professional, if that is an option, please do that and then sign out of Studio, close and reopen Studio, sign back in and try to publish.

Look forward to hearing from you,

Shaina
