The Prototype keep reloading

Hi Guys,

I just wondering why my prototype didn't run well on the Invision App (Ipad). while i try to start the prototype it always keep reloading and back to home page. but when i try to mirror-ing from the invisopn studio it works flawless. is there anything wrong with the apps or just my artboards thing?

Hi Poy,

Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community and I'm sorry that you're having trouble viewing your Studio prototype in our app. When you've got a moment, would you mind deleting the app completely from your iPad and then reinstalling it from the App Store? This will remove any corrupt cache from the app, which could be the potential culprit here.

If this doesn't help, please provide us with a few more details below:

  1. What iPad model (e.g. iPad Pro) are you using?
  2. What version of mobile OS (e.g. iOS 13.2.3) are you on?
  3. What version of the InVision app are you using? You can find this in Settings > InVisionApp.
  4. Does this issue persist when opening the same published prototype in a browser?
  5. Can you please share a screencast showing exactly what you're seeing in the app when trying to launch that prototype?
