CAN'T DELETE ITEMS

Hi, I can' t delete items
I Click the ••• icon in the upper-right corner, but don't works (the icon for open the page works) 
 Also if I right-click the item.
Could anyone help me?

Sorry about the trouble! To make sure we're on the same page, are you running into troubles deleting screens when you hover the mouse over a screen, click the ••• button, and then click the Delete icon?

If that is indeed the case, could you please confirm the following details, to help me understand the troubles you're running into?

  1. Do you also run into the same issue when using an incognito/private window or a different browser?
  2. Could you please send a screenshot showing where you run into troubles?

Sorry Laura, my fault I wasn t clear.
I try again :)
I'm on my Design System Manager tool on Sketch.
I click on the DSM icon (or cmd + L) and load  all my components into the DSM library (so far, everything is ok)
But if I want to delete an element from the DSM the ••• button doesn't work (or the right click).
I hope I was clear. I have attached an image to you.

Hi Cristina,

Thank you so much for the additional details and for the screenshot, that's super helpful! You should certainly be able to delete elements from a DSM library by right-clicking on the element > Delete so I'm sorry this is not working for you. Would you mind quitting Sketch and Craft Manager completely, restarting both and trying again? If this doesn't help, in order to take a closer look into what might be going on, can I please gather a few additional details below:

  1. Can you please clarify exactly what happens when you right-click on an element in the DSM library? Does the below menu open for you at all or is there no response?
  2. What operating system are you using? Please include the version (e.g. macOS 10.15)
  3. What version of Sketch are you using?
  4. What version of the Craft plugins are you using? Please include Craft Manager and the Design System Manager tool version number. 
  5. Can you please confirm if this issue is specific to a particular folder or library or is it affecting all of your DSM folders and libraries?

I have the same problem! From DSM I can't delete items on DSM, both on the website and inside the plugin.
I also can't change the library from sketch, nothing happens if I click-right on the elements or on the menu.
I have already restart the app and the computer, I've changed the document and created a new library but is still not working

(mac OS 10.15.1)

  1. What operating system are you using? Please include the version (e.g. macOS 10.15)
  2. What version of Sketch are you using?

Got the same problem over here.. Pressing the 3-dots-icon or the library dropdown or RMB results in nothing. No feedback, no action, no nothing. 

Below my versions:
OS: macOS v10.15.2
Sketch: v53.2
Craft: v1.0.61

Hi Rinze,

To start, it looks like you're running an old version of Sketch which isn't currently supported. As a first step, please update Sketch to either of the last 2 versions (64/63). 

If that doesn't allow you to then delete the items from DSM, can you share a quick video of the entire flow?
