Hi, with Invision Sync, we were able to just upload the sketch file with a single click.
With Craft, where is this option? How can we upload the actual master to Invision now?
In order to upload your Sketch projects to the InVision Cloud with Craft, you can simply use the Craft Sync plugin as seen below:
To learn how to use Craft Sync for Sketch, check out our help documentation here to get setup. If you're looking to do something different, can you please provide some more information on what you're looking to accomplish?
Hi, thanks, but I don't think you understood the request correctly.
With Invision Sync, the *master* itself appeared under Assets (my_file.sketch).
With Craft, the master is not being uploaded (or at least not being displayed) in any project.
Craft is just uploading "pictures". We need the masters in Invision.
Thank you for clarifying! You're spot on to note that Craft Sync uploads the artboards as screens in your InVision prototype, but it does not upload your Sketch file as source file. to your Assets folder.
Source file sharing through Craft Sync is a potential feature that our Product team is tracking interest levels for. I will open a ticket on your behalf to add your vote towards it. Please keep an eye out for an email indicating that we’ve formally tracked your feedback!
As a workaround, you could either keep syncing your master file using InVision Sync, or upload it manually to your Assets tab by following the instructions outlined in this article.
Note: If anybody else would like to add their feedback about this potential feature, please fill out a ticket with Support here, detailing the feature you are looking for.
