Slow sign in and poor upload

Very disappointing from Craft - I've had to work over the weekend due to a bug. An upload that should take max 15 minutes has taken two days to go through in chunks.

1. Signing in is incredibly slow / non-existent

2. Upload caused my internet to stop working

3. Doesn't say when upload has finished with the error message, 'already_uploading'


The only way I've got Craft working is by restarting my computer whenever I need to upload a change to a screen - which takes ages.


Please sort this bug out ASAP!  We rely heavily on InVision prototypes for user testing to the general public.

Hi William,

So sorry to hear about the disruption that Craft is causing in your workflow. In order to get to the root of this issue, can you please provide some additional information?:

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview or other OS details
  2. The version of Sketch that you're using
  3. The version of Craft Manager that you're running
  4. Are you receiving any error messages? If so, can you please provide screenshot(s)?
  5. Have these problems always occurred? If not, when did you notice them starting to happen?
