Problem opening Studio

Hi there,

I recently changed laptops and migrated my hard drive over to retain all my data and programs. Studio used to work fine on my previous laptop (apart from some lagging), but now won't open on my new laptop. The splash screen is blank, the icon is open in the taskbar and task manager shows that something is running but I can't use it at all. 

Please assist

So sorry to hear that you're having trouble opening Studio on your new laptop. To determine what might be causing this issue, can you please provide some additional information?: 

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview or other OS details
  2. The version of Studio that you've installed
  3. A screenshot displaying the issue you're encountering

OS information

Screenshot of problem - as you can see I can't even get the window of InVision Studio to open. It is open on the task bar, its running in task manager, but I can't interact with the program.
