Failed to scan QR code

I would open the prototype in mobile device but the invision mobile app does not scan the QR code.

I have :

Windows as my OS

Invision 1.22.0

Android 5.1.1

Laptop and mobile were connected to the same network ( Mobile Data 4G not WiFi )

Sorry to hear that you're running into issues with opening your prototype in the InVision mobile app. To get a better idea of what might be causing this, can you please provide some additional information?:

  1. Are you receiving any error messages? If so, can you please provide a screenshot of the error message(s) you're receiving?
  2. Can you please provide your Windows OS details?
  3. Can you please try updating to the latest version of Studio 1.22.1 and let me know if the issue persists?
  4. Which device model (e.g. iPhone X, etc.) and mobile operating system version are you using? (e.g. iOS 11.4.1)
  5. Which version of the InVision app are you using?
