Can't share a prototype

Hi there.

I've created a prototype in InVision Studio, I share it with the developer, but when he tries to use Inspect Mode it ask to sign in, he logs in, and then he gets a 404 error.

I've noticed that after he logs in it redirects to charly970474.invisionapp.com, instead of projects.invisionapp.com, wich is the link that Studio gave me when I uploaded the project to my account.

Also I see different options in his account than in mine. He can create a team, but I can't.

I also share the prototype with another account of mine and with another person, and in both cases it works fine.

I hope you can help me with this. Thanks.

UPDATE

I wanted to pop in here to provide an update regarding the issue that was reported here with a 404 error being returned after signing into a V7 account using Comment or Inspect mode.

We're happy to announce that our Engineers were able to get that issue fixed and you should not expect to encounter it any longer. Please give this another test and you should find that the bar is no longer present.

Thank you for your patience while our team worked on sorting this out. We want to make sure everything is fully working as intended now, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or lingering issues with this. We're here to help!

Same issue. Having to get the admin to add people to the project. What's the point of the public link if it's not public?

Hi Andy,

After the other users above worked with our Support team on this, it was found that this is related to a known issue that our engineers are investigating whereas signing into an account on our new "V7" platform can redirect to a 404 error if a user accesses a V6 formatted share link. It sounds like this is what you might be running into. To be sure, I'm going to get a ticket opened on your behalf with our Support team so they can confirm. Please look for an email from one of our Support agents soon.

In the meantime, as a workaround you can do the following once:

Once completed, the share links should function as intended! Sorry for the annoyance, but please let me know if there's anything else I can help out with.

Best,
Shaina
