Issue with sending InVision Studio link to a specific email address

Hi, 

My colleague is having an issue with viewing any of the inVision Studio links that I send her. The links keep redirecting (which they weren't doing a couple of weeks ago) to a sign-in page. She's created an account so she puts in her email address which then sends her off to a team page. Even when she's signed in she is still unable to view the mockup. I thought I'd be able to add her email address to a mockup somehow but I actually can't see anywhere to add her email to. 

Am I missing something? There's 20 other people in my team and no-one else is having this issue.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Dan,

Sorry to hear that your colleague is having this issue. In to determine what's causing this for her, our Support team will need to take a look directly at the account and Studio prototype in question.

That being said, I'll open a ticket on your behalf with our Support team so that they can take a closer look at this for you. Please keep an eye out for an email from one of our Support agents who will be following up with additional questions for troubleshooting.
