I am having the exact same issue. I have antivirus software. I am not getting any error messages. I am trying to install InVision Studio for the first time with version 1.22.1. I double click the .exe file to run it. A black rectangle with the Studio logo pops up with a rotating square. The taskbar icon shows it progressing, and says "Installing" if I hover over it, but once the green bar reaches the end, it just closes out, the installer window disappears and nothing happens after that. And searching through my machine, InVision Studio was not installed.

1. Can you please send a screenshot of your operating system information? We need to see both the “Device specifications” and the “Windows specifications” sections on the “About” page. To grab that info, click the Start (Windows icon) button, and then click Settings > System > About.
I already write my computer specification detail in my last post, my System Information and Hardware Information, let me repeat again :

Hi Chandrasekar!
I'm very sorry to hear that you're also having trouble installing Studio! Although Windows 7 is not currently supported, you should be able to install it on Windows 10 or later with a 64-bit Intel or AMD processor. To better understand why you're having trouble, can you please confirm a couple of details:
1. Can you please send a screenshot of your operating system information? We need to see both the “Device specifications” and the “Windows specifications” sections on the “About” page. To grab that info, click the Start (Windows icon) button, and then click Settings > System > About.
2. Which version of Studio for Windows are you trying to install?
3. Could you provide screenshots or screencast showing what’s going wrong when trying to install Studio?
4. Could you please confirm if you are able to install it in the compatibility mode?
Look forward to hearing back!
Monika
Hi,
i have the same problem.
I can't install the last version of invision on mys desktop windows 10.
I downloaded Studio and tried to install many times but I see a black screen and Invision logo and then nothing. the installer closes and nothing happens. Studio is not installed but it's in the Uninstall app page.
Hi Sylvie,
Happy to help here!
Would you first navigate to the below path and see if you have certain configuration files?
Select “This PC” > Local Disk/C > Users > [username] > AppData > Local > InVision
In this folder, is there a "SquirrelSetup.log" file? If so, would you mind attaching a copy to your response?
However, if that folder is nonexistent, please follow the below steps:
Start Menu > Add of Remove Programs > find InVision Studio under the "Apps & features" header > Uninstall
%programfiles%
and delete any folders related to InVision Studio%appdata%
and delete the “InVision Studio” folder%temp%
and empty the entire foldertemp
folderDownloads
folderAfter this, head over to https://www.invisionapp.com/studio to grab the most recent installation files. Let me know how things go!
Best,
Shaina

and empty the entire foldertemp

Hi,
If you are facing problem in installing Invision studio software. Try turning off your internet before you installing.
I am having the exact same issue. The app has a desktop icon and is in the uninstall listing, but it unable to open. I have tried all the answers above, but to no avail. It appears to get half way through the install and fail, because it never gives you any options to select. If we are all having this same issue, it sounds like this version is garbage and a new version needs to be released to fix these bugs. Oh, and while you are at it, you might want to fix the link to the download page as well, because https://www.invisionapp.com/studio (listed above) does not lead you to the install files.
