Can't Install latest version of Studio on Windows 10

Hi

I downloaded Studio and tried to install many times but I see a black screen and Invision logo and then nothing. the installer closes and nothing happens. Studio is not installed but it's in the Uninstall app page.

Hi Alireza,

So sorry for the trouble with getting Studio to work on your Windows machine! We want to get you up and running as soon as possible. Can you please provide the following information so that we can take a closer look into why this might be happening?:

  1. Can you send over a screenshot of your Windows/GPU information?
  2. Do you have any AntiVirus programs running on your computer? 
  3. Can you please provide a screenshot showing any error messages that you might be receiving, or the blank screen you're referring to?
  4. What version of Studio have you installed?

I am having the exact same issue. I have antivirus software. I am not getting any error messages. I am trying to install InVision Studio for the first time with version 1.22.1. I double click the .exe file to run it. A black rectangle with the Studio logo pops up with a rotating square. The taskbar icon shows it progressing, and says "Installing" if I hover over it, but once the green bar reaches the end, it just closes out, the installer window disappears and nothing happens after that. And searching through my machine, InVision Studio was not installed.
