"Maintain scroll position after click" not working in Android app.

Samsung A30, Android 9, InVision app 2.7.2


It does work correclty on the web app.


Could you please have a look at it and provide an ETA for the solution?

Thank you for reaching out and creating this post. Apologies that you are also encountering the same issue. 

I have replied in a different thread but will include the same reply here so we are all on the same page. 

Unfortunately we don't have an ETA at the moment but as soon as we do will let you know. 

I am not able to open a support ticket for you but I would recommend for you to contact our Support team directly here including the following details so they are aware and can assist you promptly:

  1. What version number of the InVision Android mobile app are you running?
  2. Could you provide a screenshot showing an affected screen on your browser?
  3. What version of mobile OS (e.g. Android 9.0) are you on?
  4.  Does this issue happen with all prototypes, or just this one in particular?
  5. Could you provide a screenshot showing the differences between the fixed header on the mobile app and the browser?
  6. Could you send a screenshot showing the fixed header for an affected screen in Build mode?
  7. Could you uninstall/reinstall the app to see if the issue with the hotspots persists?
  8. What version of Craft Manager are you running? 
  9. What version of the Craft Sync + Prototype plugin are you running?

At this moment, "maintain scroll position" is not working for me at all. I Hope you can help me out.

Tried it on Safari (Latest version) and Chrome 77.0.3865.90

Sketch 58

Craft 1.0.88 (162), Sync 2.3.141


Addition: If i add the link manually (no craft, just invision) it works perfectly.

Sorry to hear that the "maintain scroll position" is not working for you. To get a better understanding of the issue you're encountering, can you please provide some additional details?:

  1. Are you experiencing this one a mobile device or desktop?
  2. If on a mobile device, can you please provide your device's details?
  3. Are you also experiencing this in the InVision mobile app? If so, what version of the mobile app are you using?
  4. If you're experiencing this on your computer, can you please provide a screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview or other OS details?
  5. Is this happening with all of your prototypes or one in particular?

Hi Shaina,

It's funny how you want us to do your QA for you. There's clearly a bug so why don't you try yourself, reproduce the error and go ahead and fix it?

Amazing how you ask for SO MUCH INFO from us, the users. It's frustrating that without that info you don't even open a support ticket.

Do your job. We, the users, will appreciate it.
