iFrame prototype flickering on Safari

Hi, how are you?!


I've added an iFrame with a prototype from Invision to my site, but when I open it with Safari or iOs the screens keeps flashing and flickering and I can't navigate on it.


The website is and the iFrame is just past the first banner.

For others landing here that may also be experiencing this issue, this is a known limitation that our Product and Engineering teams have evaluated based on factors including severity, impact, scale, and frequency. Given the cost required to address this bug, we have decided to allocate our resources to addressing other issues with a greater impact on our customers, and don't intend to fix this issue at this time. If you're experiencing this and would like to add your feedback around this issue, please contact our Support team directly here.

We will continue to track this issue and monitor the prevalence and severity of the bug, and we will revisit that decision if the circumstances change but at the moment, this issue only occurs in Safari and does not affect other browsers.

In the meantime, we do have a viable workaround you can try if you'd like. We've noticed the issue may be narrowed down to your preferences in Safari. Before we test this, please clear your completely clear your history and then restart the browser.

After that, please uncheck "Prevent cross-site tracking" in Safari. You can find this option in the area shown in the below screenshot (Safari > Preferences > Privacy).

  2. Is this happening with all prototypes or just one in particular?
  3. Which browser version and operating system are you using? Please get these details by going to, clicking “Copy”, and pasting the link it gives you into your reply.
