The Craft Plugin has completely ceased to function properly

As of the last Sketch update, the Craft plugin no longer updates existing prototypes. Why is that?

So sorry to hear that Craft has stopped working for you with the latest Sketch update, Corey! To determine what's going one here, can you please provide some additional information?:

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview
  2. The version number for Sketch that you're now running
  3. The version of Craft Manager that you're running
  4. Any error messages that you might be receiving
  5. A screencast or screenshot(s) displaying the issues you're facing with Craft not functioning

I am also having the same issue when clicking artboard order the screen just closes.

Hi Jessica,

Sorry to hear that you're running into this as well. I would like for our Support team to take a closer look at this for you. To help them, there are a few questions we have for you:

  1. Could you provide a screenshot showing what’s going wrong when you try to update an existing prototype?
  2. Can you please disable "prevent upload of unmodified artboards" option? Click the Craft icon in the MacOS menu bar > Click the cogwheel at the top right and choose Preferences > Sync > Disable "Prevent upload of unmodified artboards" and re-sync to InVision.
  3. What version of Craft Manager are you running?

Once I have those details, I can pass this along to our team in support so they can help get this sorted.

Hi there, 

It just hangs on an asset, I've restarted, and it just hangs at the same asset every time.

After turning off Prevent upload... still got an error see below

Hey Corey,

Would you mind following these steps to refresh some configuration files?

1. Close CraftManager completely 
2. In Finder, go to *Go > Go to Folder*
3. Type  ~/Library/Application Support/
4. Locate the folder called “CraftManager” and delete this folder entirely
5. Delete Craft installation files from the downloads folder
6. Empty the trash
7. Restart CraftManager and then go back to preferences and try the install of the plugins for Sketch again

If this doesn't help, please let me know and I'll get a ticket opened on your behalf.

Stopped working for me too. Craft crashes when opening, checks for updates and crashes again when trying to publish an dartboard from Sketch.

I tried the steps I found on this page: https://support.invisionapp.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360048553851-Can-t-upload-artboards,

but the problems remain.
