Screens are not uploading

Trying to update my project with some new png files. Invision seems to be having problems uploading/updating the screens. Anyone else having this issue??

Hi Denise,

Sorry to hear that you're having issues updating your screens. To get a better idea of what's going on here, can you please provide some additional information?:

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview
  2. If you're using Craft Sync to upload your screens, can you please provide:
    2a. The version of Craft Manager that you're using
    2b. The version of the Craft Sync + Prototype plugin that you're using
  3. The version of Sketch, Photoshop, or Studio that you're uploading your screens from
  4. A screencast or screenshot(s) displaying the issues you're having

I have this issue too. I'm just drag-dropping png files, but get an error message whenever I try to access what I just uploaded (see below). After clicking "OK, Got it" the just uploaded screenshot is gone.

Hi Anders,

Our apologies for the disruption in service impacting uploads to prototypes and boards. Our engineers identified the source of the issue and we released a fix yesterday. We’ve tested here, and we believe everything is working correctly once more.

Please give your upload another try and let us know if you're still having trouble. Otherwise, thanks for your patience while we worked to fix this issue.
