When I try to launch the application for the first time. It just crashes. Already tried re-installing and restarting my computer.
So sorry to hear that you're having issues with using Craft on your machine. So that I can get a better idea of what might be causing this, can you please provide some additional information?:

1 & 2. It kept telling me the app crashed. I can't show the error message because I checked a box that said don't tell me again. So now I get absolutely no feed back.
3. It's the the latest i guess. I went to the invision.com/craft webpage and downloaded it directly today on a newly installed mac os. I have no idea what version it is but i'm assuming its the latest.
4. No the icon does not appear because it was never successfully installed.
Thanks for providing that information! As a next step, I'd like to have you perform a comprehensive, deep uninstall/reinstall of Craft using the steps below. Please skip any steps that are not applicable (e.g. if a file/folder mentioned is not present) and let me know if you get stuck anywhere along the way:
Followed the steps didn't work. Many of those steps were useless because the application never installed in the first place like I said.
The one folder that did exit was ~/Library/Application Support/CraftManager and I deleted it like you said and then tried the other steps but found nothing like you described on my computer.

I can confirm that whenever I double click the Craft Manager in my applications folder (again the "C" icon still does not appear for me in the top bar on mac) within Activity monitor I see "Report Crash" appear at the top then disappear. So the app is just crashing on macOS Mojave Version 10.14.6
Sorry to hear that you're still having issues. After taking a closer look at this, it appears as if your "About this Mac" overview has an "Unavailable" Serial Number.
