Invision screens don't link to DSM when used with a Sketch Library

So when I upload a screen from my Sketch Library, all the tokens that exist in DSM show up and link to the DSM properly (purple layers in inspect mode)

But when I use a text style, icon or colour from that library in a seperate document and upload that screen, none of the links to DSM tokens are there.

Hi Cail,

Thanks for opening a ticket regarding this issue! It looks like one of our Support agents responded recently to your request with the following:

  • Would you be able to confirm that the text styles, icons and colors are added to their DSM Library - being sure to check that any child elements are added also as often icons are made up using multiple child elements.

If it is all added and you're using multiple libraries, you can switch through the libraries to see if the Inspect data appears here -

Hope this helps! I notified your Support agent of your post here in Community as well. Please feel free to reply to either your ticket or this thread.

Look forward to hearing from you,
