Sharing Issues

When I load up my designs from Studio to InVision why can some people see the prototype but others are asked to login to see the link?  Are there some share restrictions on settings I am missing?

Hi Giles,

Sharing your Studio prototypes with other people is currently done by sending a public link as discussed in this Help Article. Anyone with that link can view and comment on your prototype, even if they are not signed in to an InVision account. If they are signed in to their InVision account, they can also enter Inspect mode.  

In order to share a Studio prototype with someone outside of your InVision Enterprise team, follow the steps detailed here.

If you're following the steps detailed in these help articles and are still encountering issues with people viewing your prototype via the share link, can you please provide a screenshot of the error message or issue that they're running into?
