Craft not synching all artboards to InVision

I have x8 Artboards and only 6 of them are Synching. This is a huge roadblock and need resolved fairly quickly. Any help appreciated.

So far I've cleared history in Chrome.

Am also having a problem with syncing - the sync gets to 3/4 of way through and then returns an error. This is on updating and creating a new prototype. When creating a new prototype the screens are created but then show a broken image icon.

Simon, does this happen even after you've done the following-

  1. Checking your preferences in craft?
  2. Updating fewer artboards at a time?

If this problem persists you could try creating a new prototype as a work around while the team tries to fix this.

Hi Simon and Renee,

I apologize for the disruption that this is causing for each of you in your workflow. To determine what might be causing this issue, can you each please provide some additional information?:

  1. The version of Craft Manager that you're running
  2. The version of the Craft Sync + Prototype plugin that you're running
  3. The version of Sketch that you're using
  4. A screenshot of any error messages that you might be receiving
  5. A screencast or screenshot(s) displaying the issue (if possible)
  6. Is this happening with all of your prototypes or one in particular?
