Screen as Overlay on Mobile Doesn't stay fixed

I created the menu you see on the right side of the screen, it slides out with swipe left.

I then added a hot spot to the 3rd icon from the bottom (mall) and set it as Screen as Overlay, slides up from the bottom and this is the result.

So far all is good, and the overlay stays in place until I click off of it. But on my android phone (Galaxy A5), when I click the Mall icon the overlay just flashes and disappears. It won't stay fixed. Any idea on how to fix this? Doesn't matter if I use SMS link or Invisionapp app, it just flashes and disappears.

Hi Martin,

I apologize for the issues with the Screen as Overlay not working properly when viewing on your Galaxy A5. So that I can get a better idea of what's causing this issue, can you please provide the following information?:

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview
  2. Did you create your prototype in Sketch or Photoshop then sync using Craft? If so:
    2a. What version of Sketch or Photoshop are you using?
    2b. What version of Craft Manager are you running?
    2c. What version of the Craft Sync plugin are you running?
  3. Can you please provide your operating system details for your Android device?
  4. When viewing your prototype on your Galaxy A5, are you view it in your browser or the InVision Android App?

1. I'm not using a Mac, I'm using an HP Chromebook G1 with Chrome webbrowser. 

2. I created the screenshot by taking screenshots of the homescreen and/or editing with Pixlr app, uploaded the screens to invisionapp.com then created the hotspots and so on.

      2a. Pixlr

      2c. N/A

3. Model: SM-A520W

    Android 8.0.0

    Patch Level May 1, 2019

4. I've tried viewing in both browser and invision app  on mobile with the same result. Only place it works is on the web (I assume that's Cloud)

Is there any answer to this as of yet ....? Like holy mac, I'm not sure why I'd consider buying a full version for our dev team if we can't even make this work. It's been months and still no fix?

Thanks for taking the time to follow up on this thread. I understand how frustrating it is to wait for a fix to an issue. The Engineering team is aware of the issue but we prioritize issues based on the scope and impact of the issue. For that reason, we don’t have an immediate fix available. However, this is an issue that I will be raising in the soonest Product meetings.
 
I will also notify your Support agent about this recent comment. Again, I apologize for the frustration that this is causing for you.
