Craft links break after screens re-uploaded to inVision

Hi, I'm having an issue with my craft links breaking after I update and sync my screens to inVision. I'm having to go into inVision and apply hotspots there. This is a major issue for me as it's a 50+ screen prototype with multiple flows and hundreds of links. Any help would be great.

I've just updated to Craft 1.0.82 and Sketch to 55.2

Hi Cliff,

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Craft links breaking after syncing to InVision. In order to take a closer look at this, can you please provide the following information?:

  1. A screenshot of your "About this Mac" overview
  2. Were any of your links/hotspots created with Sketch, or were they all Craft hotspots?
  3. What version of the Craft Sync + Prototype are you running? (Here's how to find that out)
  4. Can you take a screen capture of the steps you're taking? QuickTime screen record works well for this. This helps me get a better idea of how to help.

We're having the exact same issue here. Only one link that breaks. Tried to remove the object and link it all over again – only using the "C" hotkey in Sketch. Works in the Craft Player in Sketch, but fails in the InVision prototype.

Sorry to hear that you're also running into these issues! Thanks for taking the time to provide the details that you have above. In addition, can you please provide some other information?:

  1. Were any of your links/hotspots created with Sketch, or were they all Craft hotspots?
  2. The version of Craft Manager that you're running. (shown in the Craft toolbar)
  3. The version of the Craft Sync + Prototype that you're running. (Here's how to find that out)
  4. The version of Sketch that you're using.
  5. A screencast or screenshot(s) displaying the issue.
