Is there a way to upload my screens into an "old fashioned" Invision Project? I hope this makes sense: With Sketch/Craft my screens are uploaded into a Project that allows me to put my screens into sections, modify the prototype links and anchors without having to go back to my source file, adding people into the project (instead of simply sharing the Prototype link with them) and some other options. On Studio it gives me something entirely different with fewer options and entirely focused on the interactive prototype functionality.
And by the way, email notifications for comments are not being sent whenever a comment is posted on this "new" type of prototype associated with Studio.
:( I really love the idea of Studio, guys, but after trying it for a month or so it seems like you have two different product teams working on entirely different directions (Studio - Craft and Sketch)

Juan

Hi Juan,
At this time, the only way to upload your Studio screens to a regular InVision Project in the Cloud is by exporting your screens as JPGs, then using Craft to sync your screens.
It's not currently possible add interactivity in the Cloud on Studio files the same way you would with a Sketch or Photoshop file synced with Craft Sync. Instead, to add interactivity to your Studio prototype, you must create interactions within your Studio file. To learn more about adding interactivity to your Studio prototype, check out this Studio article: Managing Interactions.
As you've probably noticed, some of the interactivity features available for non-Studio prototypes are missing from Studio prototypes. However, the good news is that we are currently tracking interest for several of the features in regular InVision projects including:
Please let me know if you're interested in adding your interest to any of the feature requests mentioned above and I would be happy to open tickets on your behalf. If there are more specific features that you're looking for in this situation, please let me know.
In regards to your issue with new comment email notifications, can you please provide me with the answers to the below questions so that I can take a closer look at this for you?:
Look forward to hearing from you,
Shaina
Seriously...? Your own prototyping app doesn't actually sync with your own tool.....? This is ridiculous. Looks like I'll be going back to Adobe XD.
Totally agree with Juan and Anna,
the fact that you are not able to see your own ".Studio" files like the regular ".Sketch" files in Invision is disturbing. Sketch users have more options and possibilities than Studio users in Invision (for instance to add external url's), which is quite astonishing you'll agree, since Studio and Invision are in the same company.
To get the same capabilities that we had before we still need to use Sketch + Craft, therefore I see little benefits in using Studio.
This said, congratulations on your product, it's quite useful for Windows users and free, which is an important point to highlight.
Regards,
Nicolás.
Hi Nicolás,
Thanks for taking the time to reach out here in Community to add your feedback about this. We hear you and completely understand the need for feature parity between Craft with Sketch and Studio.
As you can imagine, we have received requests for several features and and product improvements for Studio since it's release. Our Studio team has been hard at work to deliver the best prototyping tool and hearing from users like you is greatly valued.
1 1/2 year after the initial thread start still no feature parity between Craft with Sketch and Studio... also sync of multi Sketch pages with Craft is a nightmare and sync of prototype links cross different Sketch pages is not working thus breaking your prototype... I don‘t see progress... very disappointing...
Hi Joachim,
I know how frustrating it can be to run into bugs and to wait for new features and improvements, and we do work hard to address these.
I replied to your comment in another thread regarding the issue with syncing pages and breaking links, so if you'd like to reply to that thread with some further details, we'll be more than happy to look into this further for you.
Regards,
Raynor
Still, this feature isn't available. OMG.
