I really need it. I don't wanna use Sketch anymore and Invision's own DSM should be well-integrated with Invision's Studio if you ask me.

If anybody else is interested in staying in the loop on DSM + Studio, please contact Support here and voice your opinion!
Hi Karim
Thanks for reaching out. We really appreciate it.
I would like to refer you to this thread that address this same question on our community. Please contribute to add your input in this thread. I will also notify our Community Moderator of your interest for a DSM integration for Studio.
To answer you within this post, our Community Moderator wrote in the other post mentioned:
We are still in the process of improving Studio performance and feature offerings such as app compatibility.
Stay awesome!
I do not understand anything ... In this video https://vimeo.com/244870730, a year ago, you showed DSM work in InVision Studio, but in reality it is still not implemented or I don’t know something?
Hi Vitaly,
We apologize for the confusion generated by the preview video. In that clip, we demoed a look at what DSM could be inside of Studio, but that functionality is something we are working hard to build. Please know that we are listening to your request, and bringing DSM to Studio is a priority within InVision.
Our Community Moderator will also be opening a ticket on your behalf to formally track your feedback for this. Please keep an eye out for an email from Shaina confirming that we've tracked your interest.
All the best,
Carson Brown
Product Manager, DSM
Needless to say we really want it ;)
Absolutely, Karim! I can assure you that this is something that our team continues to actively work on :)
Is DSM STILL not integrated with Invision Studio? This is one of the biggest required features to make you useful IMO. I remember hearing your announcement back in 2017 (?) and I was so ready to use Invision Studio...but it still seems like you guys are far behind the other products out there now. The only reason I moved over to Figma from Sketch+Invision was so I could have shared components; there was nothing else I needed besides that. I just revisited Invision after a year and I'm really disappointed to see the lack of progress tbh.
Hi Marc,
Our Studio and DSM teams are still hard at work building a full integration. While this full integration is still being worked on, we have released Shared Libraries for Studio which would help your need for shared components.
The Shared Libraries feature allows you to access component libraries from any Studio file. This is a simple and scalable way to ensure everyone is referencing the most up-to-date components. To learn more about how to use Shared Libraries in Studio, check out this Help Article.
In the meantime, I will also open a ticket on your behalf to track your interest for a shared design system for Studio. Please keep an eye out for an email confirming that we've formally tracked your feedback.
If there's anything else I can help out with, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Have a wonderful day,
Shaina
I'm really waiting for this also. I don't want to use Sketch but I may have to if Studio and DSM won't be integrated. Hope it's going to happen soon :)
In the global scope a tool for creating user experiences (DSM) is not creating a great user experience, let me explain:
Creating a tool (invision studio) then creating another tool for the same purpose (DSM)(creating and documenting interfaces) and making us use another tool (sketch) for better use of the second tool. The concept of "keep it simple" was lost.
I really hope you add DSM integration with studio this year.
I can't understand and it's also funny that while Studio is far better tool than Sketch but you don't have integration with your own tools. Wish it release as soon as possible.
Just chiming in to voice that it is very frustrating that this isn't integrated yet. The interlinking of all the Invision products is very poor. Hoping this is resolved soon, especially since Invision is advertised as an all-in-one solution but few of the parts work well together.
Invision inspect doesn't detect when/where DSM components are, you can't use Invision inspect on DSM components, and DSM doesn't work in Studio.
Please!
This is a must have... 🙏🏼
This is not understandable! I will stay on XD.
It's been 3 years and the integration is still isn't there.
This is one of the greatest sins of product development, don't announce something that isn't fully built yet. That video was straight up a scam.
It was meant to dupe us thinking it's coming soon, when it's really is far from that.
We should do better than these "concept UI" release from InVision
Hi, does this feature exist yet? Or is there any news on when it will be released?
This feature would make my team switch to InVision immediately.
Thanks :)
