ALL hotspots insist on maintaining scroll position?!

My prototype previews fine within InVision App on my desktop machine.

However, when visiting the prototype link on my mobile (Samsung S9 with Chrome 74.0.3729.157), ALL hotspots behave as if I've checked 'maintain scroll position' for them (I haven't).

Very strange, has anyone else experienced this behaviour, or knows of a fix?

It's not ideal for mobile testing. Thanks in advance!

I should say, originally the prototype was created with Sketch (and Craft).

I've tried re-creating the hotspots (without 'maintain scroll position' checked) within InVision Studio directly and the problem persists.

Thank you for reaching out to us! So sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your prototype's transitions maintaining scroll position when viewing on mobile. I understand this kind of issue can be really frustrating!

Could you send us a few more details so that we can look into this?:

  1. What version of mobile OS (e.g. Android 9.0) are you on?
  2. Are you viewing the prototype via the InVision mobile app or browser? If so, can you tell me the app’s version number? You can find this by tapping your profile in the lower right area of the screen. The version number should display at the bottom of the profile screen.

Once we have those details, we can start investigating. If you have any questions, please let us know!
