Bugs on pinning a footer and viewing on iPhone x

Hi community,
I think there are bugs in Studio and they blocked me to create!
- On a vertically scrollable page, if I pin the footer, it disappears on preview mode and doesn't show up either when I upload it to InVision.
- On the same vertically scrollable page, if I scan the QR Code or open it on InVision in my phone, my background image and shapes doesn't appear, it's all a black screen (it works on desktop version). I see them perfectly on studio and preview mode...but that's it!

Did anybody faced the same problems?
Tx

Hey Jean-Raphael,

So glad to hear you got the footer to pin properly and elements to appear! Please don't hesitate to reach back out if there's anything else we can help you with :)

Hope you've been having a fantastic weekend!

Best,
Kayden

Hi, I have the same (nearly) problem, images are not loading in IOS app (Iphone 11 pro), fixed footer doesn't have the right position ... scrolling up in the prototype activates the movement of the app window which is annoying for testing. Any hints? Thanks ;)

Hey there!

Sorry to hear you're having some issues with your fixed footer. To get a better idea of what's going on here, could you please provide some additional details?:

  1. The version of Studio that you used to create your prototype
  2. The version of the InVision iOS mobile app that you're running
  3. Your iOS version details
  4. A screencast or screenshot(s) displaying the issues you're seeing

Look forward to hearing from you,

Shaina
