downloading studio

I'm in an endless loop of trying to download studio.

I initiate download from the website.  Then an email is sent to me, I open the email it says follow the instructions to download.  I select the only option which is the download now button, which links me back to the website to initiate download, which sends the same email and around and around I go.

 

Can someone help?

Sorry to hear that you're running into this issue. Can you please try to directly download Studio by selecting DOWNLOAD STUDIO FREE here?

If you are still unable to successfully download Studio from there, please let me know.

infinite loop.

 

your link takes me to the same place.  around and around.  What is the email suppose to look like?  what's the direct link to the binary?

Hi Todd

This is very strange indeed. What web browser are you using?

Just gave it a try this morning and there seems to be an update to the screen flow that is different to the screenshots you sent.

Once you fill in the form after clicking on the "Download studio free" button and agreeing to the Ts&Cs you should see the following screen.

 

 

This should allow you to download Studio for Mac or Windows directly without having to wait for the email.

Can you give it a try again? Here is the Download Studio Free link.

I'm using the latest version of chrome on the latest version of macOS.

I cleaned my cache and even used incognito mode and I'm still experiencing the same loop.  Ie. I'm not seeing the screen you've shared.

That said I loaded up safari and it works as you describe and I'm now unblocked.  But definitely something for the team to investigate on the chrome browser.

I'm glad to hear that you were able to download Studio by using Safari, and I'm sorry for the trouble when attempting to download from Chrome.

For others experiencing this issue, you can try downloading Studio directly from this page: projects.invisionapp.com/studio/releases

Having the same loop email to download Invision Studio problem. The link from the CTA to download won't work via Safari or Google Chrome on my end. The link provided at the very end of this thread does not help either, any solutions?

Hey Yanira, 

Oh no! Sorry for all the troubles this has caused you. 

Can you please open a private/incognito window, then navigate to this link and download Studio. 

From here, try expanding the browser window until the CTAs appear or alternatively, zoom out until you seem them. 

If this doesn't work, please let me know by sharing some screenshots detailing any errors you might be receiving as well as what you see when trying to download the file. 

I sure hope this helps get you into Studio. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out, we're here to help any way we can.

Where is this download link page?

There is no way to find it, on the website we should have a Big button "DOWNLOAD"

When Google in it, we should have secondary links with download page..

Even if I am signing, No link, no Button... 
What a mess!!!

Is the product being discontinued? I can't even find the official product webpage anymore.

I did download using the https://projects.invisionapp.com/studio/releases/ but, should we be worried?
