open craft said crashed. please help solve this problem.
Sorry to hear that you're unable to open Craft. To clarify, are you receiving any error messages? If so, can you please provide a screenshot of the errors you're seeing?
now I click the software but no response. I can't see the box about error messages.
I just remember it said "we are crashed..."
