DSM export issue: no Capitalization information in text style and Android/iOS alpha color are wrong

Hello,

We use DSM and export file to our platforms (Web, android and iOS),

We can't retrieve the capitalization information in text styles, it's a useful information for developer to integrate the right style, without it, we can't know when we must use uppercase,

For iOS the alpha of export color is wrong when it's under 100%, exemple for alpha 33% the information of alpha returned is 0.33.0, the last '.0' should be removed

For Android the alpha information is not put on the right place example colr #123456 with alpha 50% is #12345680 instead of #80123456, how you can see the place of alpha is reversed,

Thx for you work, do the best,

Best Regards

Hi Stephane,

Thanks for reaching out here in Community about this! I noticed that you have also reached out to our Support team regarding this functionality that you'd like to see in DSM.

As mentioned by your Support agent, the ability to display additional text and paragraph formatting information in DSM is already a potential feature that our Product team is currently tracking. Your feedback has been formally tracked and will be considered in our team's Product strategy.

If anybody else would like to add their interest for this feature, please fill out a ticket with Support here detailing the feature you are looking for.

Have a wonderful day,

Shaina

Hi Stephane, in regard to the first part of your question;

      We can't retrieve the capitalization information in text styles

As this is only a potential feature currently in DSM, a workaround I've used in the past is to include some basic formatting information within the description of the components/elements; e.g.

Not an ideal solution but useful to at least keeps this styling info together until a more robust solution is put into place and could act as a single-point-of-truth for your Devs.

Hope this helps.
